Prerequisite: You must fill out and email the Proxy booking form to Southwest Airlines before using this feature. See the bottom of the Proxy Booking form for email instructions.
To use this feature:
- Go to www.swabiz.com, click on "Travel Manager" in the Quick Links box and log on as a Travel Manager.
- Click on the Traveler Account Management link on the left navigation bar. Search for a particular traveler, or simply click on 'Generate Report' to view all Traveler Accounts.
- Next to each Traveler Account, there is a "Book Travel" button. This will allow the Travel Administrator to log in as the Traveler and book reservations for them. The Travel Administrator cannot edit any of the Traveler's account information. They are simply given access to book reservations on behalf of the traveler.
- The Travel Administrator is notified they are 'logged in' as that traveler. Once the reservation has been completed, the Travel Administrator can either continue making reservations for that traveler, or go back to book on behalf of another traveler. The reservation will now be listed under that traveler's 'Next Scheduled Flight' section of their Traveler Account.
