American Express Account Set Up
Follow these steps to set up an account with American Express.
  1. Contact the Account Manager, Doug Browne at (877)462-7956 or contact him at doug.browne@aexp.com, for documents and instructions.
  2.  Make sure you are registered for American Express @Work (online tool) so you can manage your government cards and Business Travel Accounts online. Call Doug Browne at (877)462-7956 or contact him at doug.browne@aexp.com to sign up.
Make a note of your secret phrase: When you first sign up, the operator will ask you to provide a secret phrase of your own choosing. Be sure to write this phrase down where you can find it. You must have it if you ever forget your user name or password.
