American Express Meeting Planner Account (MPA) A centrally-billed, cardless American Express account. Travelers use the MPA to bill State traveler lodging charges (lodging only, no incidentals such as room service) to the traveler's department, saving time and State funds. Contact your travel program coordinator for approval to use the department MPA. (The MPA is also a tool that travel program coordinators may use to set up conferences.)
