American Express government card An individual charge card that State travelers may use while traveling on State business. The government card identifies the traveler as a State employee. The card is used to charge contracted travel services and reduces the number of TECs submitted and processed, which saves State resources. State travelers apply for the card based on their personal credit history and must pay charges in full each month. Contact your travel program coordinator to apply.
