Centrally billed accounts (your department is charged directly)

Your department American Express Business Travel Account (BTA) - for charging expenses from a State-certified travel agency and for charging State contracted airfares (YCAL and VCAL)
Your department American Express Car Rental Business Travel Account (CRBTA) - for charging car rental expenses made at a contracted commercial rental car agency (Enterprise or Vanguard)
Your department Meeting Planner Account (MPA) -- for charging lodging expenses (room only, no incidentals)

An individual American Express government card for travel expenses
This card is issued in the traveler's name based on personal credit history. The government card is for travel-business use only, and the traveler must pay all charges in full monthly.
