The 2008/2009 contracts for YCAL and VCAL fares are with Virgin America, Jet Blue, United, and US Air. PLEASE NOTE: Although Southwest Airlines does not have State-contract fares for 2008-2009, fares are competitive for many popular California routes. See Non-Contracted Air Fares.
How to pay:
You must purchase your tickets through a certified State travel agency, using either an American Express Business Travel Account (BTA) or an American Express government card. (Travel agencies have access to department BTAs.) Submit a TEC (PDF format) for reimbursement of government card charges. Contact your Travel Program Coordinator for more information.

Southwest Airlines Although Southwest Airlines does not offer contracted fares, rates remain competitive for many California routes.
Southwest Airlines has several types of fares. The "Business" and "Wanna Get Away" fares offer the best values to State travelers.
