2008/2009 Certified Travel Agency Extension Letter

To locate a State-certified travel agency, enter the full or partial name of an agency. To see all agencies, leave the Agency Name field blank.

Travel agencies listed here are authorized or “State-certified,” which means that they have a negotiated agreement with the State. Benefits of this agreement to the State traveler include maximum fees and use of an online reservation system. See Travel Agency Instructions   (PDF format) (MS Word format)   for more details.

Traveler tips:

  • You may use any listed State-certified travel agency.
  • A State-certified travel agency charges a ticketing fee of $10, so use these services wisely.
  • Agent assisted fee for emergencies of $15
